Once you purchase and gain access to our digital products â such as eBooks, guides, workshops, and online courses â theyâre yours for life. Because of the instant access and downloadable nature of these materials, we do not offer refunds on:
Downloadable PDFs or resources
Self-paced online courses
Pre-recorded masterclasses or webinars

Our coaching and consulting services are deeply personal and crafted specifically for your goals. While we strive to deliver transformation and clarity in every session, we also respect your time (and ours). Hereâs what you need to know:
24-hour Cancellation Policy: You can reschedule a session if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance â no problem.
No-Shows or Last-Minute Cancellations: Unfortunately, these are not eligible for a refund due to the reserved time and preparation involved.
Memberships: You can cancel your membership at any time. Your access will remain active for the period youâve paid for, but partial refunds are not available for unused time.
We donât believe in âquick fixesâ â we believe in progress. If you ever feel like something didnât meet your expectations, we invite you to reach out. While we do not guarantee refunds, we care deeply about your experience and will always consider reasonable, respectful requests.
